Lost 5 pounds this week. yay!! But I know I overate this weekend being my son's 16th birthday and father's day. So I need to add a few more extra days working out. I don't go to a gym just do the aerobic videos at home. I like the gym but have only been trucking it on the boring treadmill so far! I'm busy with a theatre schedule but come mid-July i'll be done w/ the show & can try some of those classes. (and i totally agree with ...you look great, keelie! (and i totally agree with that personal trainer!) definitely try Pilates, when i used to do it (back in the day...) my core never looked better. Zumba is hard (!) but that might be just me. running has trained me to not move my spine/hips from side-to-side.
