    If you're on the right journey, you're going to have the "that girl, this girl" battle. Thanks for writing about what we are all going through. That girl is so hard to push away. She still peaks through on me every once in awhile. Makes me nuts. Why are tears the only thing that chases her away? Nice job on your eating today! One day at a time - We Will Make IT!!!     I like the verse too! I so need to let God help me more. Not just in health but in life in general. I just don't know where or how to start studying.
