Nothing scared me into eating better like blasted gallbladder attacks. I ended up having surgery, and up until then I lost like 30 pounds.
Got a special prayer going up for you, Keelie. I pray it be the Lord's will to heal you completely; nevertheless, let us be reconciled to His will, in the name of Christ!
Glad to hear that you are eating well again.... isn't lamb yummy. I would eat it more often if it was not so expensive. Ground lamb in shepherds pie delish.
