I love to write this blog. I love writing, period. I love writing about weight loss, exercise, struggles, transparency, overcoming, spiritual things and really just about anything. But lately I have had writer's block.
Seriously--I NEED to write to help me with this weight loss thing. Blogging has been so huge! I am praying that God will help me know what to write about and that maybe you guys will be able to help me, too. I would SO appreciate having some reader questions or topic suggestions to go off of.
Can you help me? Pretty please!?
Thank you, friends!
P.S. I feel like this might be kind-of dumb, but oh well.

How (if at all) has your relationship changed With your husband? Favorite new body part and why?
How do you motivate yourself to workout on days you feel blah and don't want to do anything?
How do you balance all the roles in your life (wife, mother, ministries ect) with making health a priority as well. How do you find the time and with small children the way to exercise and keep making new goals?
What do you tell yourself when the going gets rough or when faced when temptation?
What are some lessons you've learned along your weightloss journey? Have there been any surprises?
How do you get back on track after a bad day/ week??
How is your own body image now that you have gone from a size 22 to a size 10? Do you see yourself in your mind's eye as small as a 10 or do you still envision yourself as bigger?
I would like to know more about what you eat/calorie count for weight loss!
I'm interested in healthy but quick meals that you eat. Something filling to eat before or after a workout... btw don't feel stupid! I think topic suggestions are a great thing.

i have been reading your blog for quite some time and LOVE it! My blog started out as a weight loss blog but I started to realize that I can only write so much about losing weight (and gaining it) I love to write too so i started mixing in some little moments from my day and how those moments lead up to what i ate or didn't eat. whether it be a party or if i went to or a restaurant. or just any random event. i love my blog more now because i can share more than just a weigh-in update... i can share my life. :)

If you are comfortable sharing, I too would like to hear about how your relationship has changed (if it has changed).
I love your wardrobe! Where do you shop (and how do you afford all those cute clothes since your size keeps getting smaller?). :)
How have your kids responded to your weight loss? Have they noticed? Do they get it?
Keep blogging! We love you!
Hi Keelie,
I am a relatively new reader, and I love your blog! :)
I would like to know how you started and what you did. As someone who has 100 lbs to lose, I feel VERY overwhelmed and frustrated. It seems like such a monumental task and I just can't even get started. My weight consumes my thoughts literally all day long. And I must say I am really tired of it! haha.
I don't think I've ever commented, but I read your blog all the time & it is SO inspiring to me! I'm 5'3.5" & weigh about 241 right now. (I say "about" because it seems to fluctuate by the day +/- 2-4 lbs.) And that's after I've lost 10 lbs.
Love the blog! Keep writing!!
