*Making collard greens today took me back to the pilgrimage my mom and I made to Savannah a couple summers ago. I had collard greens for the first time at The Lady & Sons. Oh my. I linked to Paula's recipe in case you're interested. I substituted smoked turkey deli meat and left off the butter. They were pretty good. Oh, and look who we ran into on that trip! *Sigh*

I was 7 mos. pregnant by the way. You know Bobby was having to restrain himself from such a hot mamma...

Hi Keelie,
I want to congratulate you on losing twenty pounds. Wow! That's a great start! I, too, am on a weight loss journey, although not as dramatic as yours. I signed up to follow your blog and hopefully we can inspire each other. God bless you!

Hey Keelie,
Thanks for stopping by my site, too. I hope you're having a good day today. I'm on my cross trainer but I have to get going. We homeschool and I'm taking my children (and myself!) to Art Academy this morning. All that to say, it's hard sometimes to focus on losing weight with all the busyness of life but we can do it!

I think you've got two young children and I've got three (who are 10, 14 & 16). They love to have the ice cream, sweet treats, doritos, etc. It's hard to resist when my girls bake treats...

Anyway, I'm so glad to have found this blog and I look forward to following your progress and working toward our goals together!

Yummy! Your portions are what I feed my kids. Maybe, I should be doing the same so my scale can finally move outta the 200s.
