I pray tomorrow's tracker will be much different than today's. I'm beginning to feel the physcial effects of not taking care of myself for a few days.
But I am thankful for and do not overlook the fact that this is the 47th day in a row that I have written down everything that I put into my mouth. Out of those days there are only a handful that are off target. The big picture is important!
But so is the little one. Tomorrow...

As I type this, I'm seeing your "Keep it REAL" above the comment box....that's exactly what you do. HOPE you know how much your honesty means to others!!! Hang in there....we'll never be fully "there" till heaven...'till then, we keep trudging along with HIS help!!!
I feel you, Keelie. Monday to Tuesday, I went from bad to worse with cookies, etc., and am still recovering from the very ill after effects.

I saw all of those smiley faces and was about to say congratulations. But when I read your note below the chart, I had to go back and look. The devil truly is in the details.
