Full As a Tick

The absence of my tracker and weigh-in posts should give everyone a pretty good idea of what's been going on the past couple of days with me. I'm too tired to rehash it all tonight, but I do not want to forget how I am feeling right now as I crawl into bed. I am miserable, on the verge of being sick even. I am not happy, satisfied or "okay" with the choices I have made. No, it was not, nor will it ever be worth it. I am made for more...

This is why I love your blog. Because you don't only share the positive stuff and gloss over the struggles. This makes all your progress so inspiring!!! Thank you for all your honesty.

Keelie. hang in there, grilie. You are so much more than this weight loss extravaganza. So much more than a failed eating event.

So much more...

(*mwah*) That was a big hug and kiss from me to try and make you feel better.

Don't you hate it when you eat stuff that you think you'll enjoy, that it's a "special treat"...and then you end up feeling so sick and unhappy? How is it that we trick ourselves into thinking we are treating ourselves? I have done this so many times myself - what is this weird amnesia that makes us forget how the aftermath of overeating feels?

You are a huge inspiration to me, Keelie...it sounds like you are done with whatever choices you made, and you're ready to move forward. Onward you go.

And those clothes of yours are just too darn cute to give up for bigger sizes!

I love your blog. Thank you for keeping it real...and letting me know I'm not the only one.

Isn't it so nice to know we are not alone! We have the Lord and our friends (blogger and real) to lean on.

Hang in the there!

I know this is an old post, but I thought me & my mom were the only ones who ever used the term "full as a tick"! lol (I figure this post is old enough that you're in a good place while reading this so you'll get a chuckle.)
